Those who grew up or live in Aba can easily understand how long lengths of generations of cloth designers are a common phenomenon among us the Ogbo-people of Abam-Ohafia.
As you might have been aware, simply bearing the tag ‘Aba-trained Tailor’ is perceived in Nigeria as a mark of excellence in cloth-making craftsmanship. Irrespective of what part of the country a seamstress hails from, you are seen as the hallmark of fashion quality if you were tutored in Aba.
